2. Bookings & Confirmation
An enquiry or booking request is not a confirmed reservation until confirmation is issued by Manifest Journeys.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Traveller names, dates and contact details must be accurate.
- An advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
- Special requests are subject to availability and supplier approval.
3. Pricing & Payment
Displayed package prices may be indicative unless specifically stated otherwise. Final pricing can vary according to travel dates, number of travellers, room category, vehicle type, availability, taxes and selected services.
- Payment deadlines will be communicated for the applicable booking.
- Failure to pay within the agreed deadline may lead to cancellation.
- Applicable transaction or payment-processing charges may be payable by the traveller.
- Additional taxes or supplier charges may apply where relevant.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation charges depend on the package, supplier policies and the time remaining before travel.
- Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.
- Some bookings may be partly or fully non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, are subject to supplier deductions.
- Refund processing time may depend on banks, payment providers and suppliers.
5. Changes to Itinerary
Itineraries may need to be changed because of weather, road conditions, local restrictions, government directions, operational issues, supplier changes or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where practical, suitable alternatives may be suggested. Traveller-requested changes may result in additional costs.
6. Hotels & Accommodation
- Accommodation is subject to availability and the property's policies.
- Room photographs are representative and may vary by property or room category.
- Check-in and check-out are governed by the accommodation provider.
- Upgrades, extra meals, room services and personal expenses not included in the package are payable separately.
7. Transportation
Vehicle category, seating capacity and service type are based on the confirmed booking. Vehicle availability can change because of operational circumstances.
- Travellers must follow reasonable safety instructions.
- Additional waiting time, route changes or extra kilometres may attract additional charges where applicable.
- Pickup and drop timings should be followed as communicated.
8. Traveller Responsibilities
- Carry valid identification and documents required for the journey.
- Provide correct names, contact details and travel dates.
- Follow applicable laws, safety instructions and hotel or service-provider rules.
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Disclose relevant special requirements before booking where they may affect the trip.
9. Liability
Manifest Journeys coordinates services that may be provided by third-party hotels, transport operators, activity providers and other suppliers. Reasonable care is taken in arranging services, but third-party services cannot always be guaranteed to operate without interruption.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Manifest Journeys is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, road closures, strikes, government actions, supplier failures or other unforeseen disruptions.
10. Privacy & Communication
Information submitted through enquiry and booking channels may be used to respond to requests, arrange travel services, communicate booking details and provide customer support.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or other highly sensitive credentials through website forms or ordinary messaging channels.
